Leeds adds Aston Villa and Wolf Stars to transfer the list

Leeds hopes to add a Premier League experience to their team before returning to English Top Flight in August, with one position where the effort will be put into left back.

Defense is one area Leeds intends to deal with, and requires a left back more than most people. Junior Firpo’s impending departure to Real Betis leaves a huge gap. This is something that must be addressed during the summer transfer period, which reopened for business last week.

And for that position, a list of two candidates has already been established by the sports division of Leeds.

According to the Birmingham world, Leeds has established wolf Hugo Bueno as the main target for the left-back position. The 22-year-old, who made 30 loans at Faye Nod during the 2024-25 season, has been praised by Daniel Fark, who is hoping to make an effort to bring him to Elland Road.

The wolves may not neglect to say goodbye to Bueno with the departure of first-choice legback Ryan Aite Nouri, who joined Man City earlier this month. So Leeds could be forced to consider other options, and Alex Moreno is another player on the radar.

Moreno could transfer this summer, and his Aston Villa career is about to come to an end. He also spent the 2024-25 season on loan as he made 15 appearances in the Premier League at Nottingham Forest.

Leeds welcomes Moreno’s loan agreements, but Aston Villa could prioritize a permanent arrangement as the Spaniard only has one year left in the contract. But for now, he appears to be the second on the list behind Bueno.
