The Wolves are reportedly set to bid to transfer one of their long-term targets in the form of Rangers’ mid-round playmaker Nicholas Ruskin.
Belgian International shined during his stay at Ibrox, who wolves have been closely monitored as options for the transfer market.
Now, the wolf appears ready to raise interest in Ruskin by officially bidding on the Ranger for him this summer.
The Scottish Premiership Giants reportedly value Ruskin at around £25 million, but it’s not exactly clear how much the wolves are going to pay him.
Still, according to Daily Records, the Wolves have Ruskin one of their priorities before next season, so opening offers could occur soon.
The wolves need a strong transfer window after a difficult start
Wolves will help bring in people like Ruskin. Looks ideal for a 24 year old.
It was a tough start to the summer as both Matheus Cunha and Rayan Ait-Nouri left Molineux, so fans will be desperate for some quality additions to come in as soon as possible.
If the wolves can’t strengthen, they will certainly find themselves in a relegation battle next season.
In particular, Cunha played a key role for wolves in last year, which was a campaign that was otherwise a bit disappointing.
Raskin looks like the kind of profile a wolf needs. Also, if you can get him for £25 million or just a little less, you’ll have to go down as a pretty smart business.
