This summer seems huge for Tottenham Hotspur when it comes to bouncing the Premier League table through the 2025/26 campaign.

Thomas Frank will become the latest manager tasked with bringing Lily White back to the top end after registering for the 17th place finish this time.

However, Dane has to find a balance between the league and Europe, and the club will enter the Champions League as a result of the victory in the Europa League.

Squad depth is essential if a team is competitive in both competitions and needs to balance the two to avoid embarrassment.

If the 51-year-old has the depth he wants, he will need a board of directors to support him in the transfer market and allow him to land a star he wants to succeed in his stint in North London.

Latest new additions on Spurs hunting this summer

Antoine Semeño has emerged as a key target in the window, with Ghana’s high netting 11 goals and appearing on the list of priorities after registering five assists in vitality this season.

He’s not the only person on their radar, and Fulham striker Rodrigo Muniz has another talent on their radar, but it could be quite expensive for the cottage to demand £50 million to say goodbye to the Brazilian.

However, according to the latest updates to TBR Football, Crystal Palace star Ebeki Eze has reappeared on the list despite his interest in the aforementioned duo.

They argue that the Lily White is ready to cause his £68 million release clause in his contract, and Frank’s men are confident in completing their deal with England International.

The 26-year-old also said he is extremely keen on the move to join the North London outfit in the window and is preparing to seek a move to leave his current employer during the offseason.

Why does Eze become Frank’s answer to Mbeumo?

Brian Mbemo has been the player who has named himself under Brentford’s Frank in recent years, and is a key reason for his success throughout the capital.

Cameroon International endured his own rise after joining from French sidetroy in 2019, scoring 70 bees’ goals in the past six seasons.

He exploded into his life in 2024/25, cementing himself as one of the most threatening talents in the Premier League – the 20-league goals – the best return of his professional career.

After Dane switches to join Spurs, he already wants to bring the attackers to the club, but faces tough competition with Manchester United for his signature.

It is unclear whether Lily White will be able to land a 25-year-old in this window, and could lead to attention in Eze’s direction as a result.

The attacking midfielder turned his eyes to the campaign, combining 16 goals to register in the league, and winning the winner in a FA Cup victory.

It appears that £68 million is a multitude of people, but that’s a deal that allows Frank to be frank within the final third of his first season.

If he replicates the levels produced by the Cameroonians throughout the capital, it is a great business and gives the side the best chance to return to the European battle next season.
