The 2025 ESPYS presented by Capital One is July 16th.

New and fresh for the NBA Championship, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is about to add to recent accolades, including regular-season MVP and Final MVP. The Oklahoma City Thunder Guard has been nominated in two categories: Best Athlete – Men’s Sports and Best NBA Player. Meanwhile, the Thunder is one of nine best team candidates after beating the Indiana Pacers in Game 7.

Several candidates won ESPYS nods at outstanding Olympic and Paralympic performances in Paris. Simone Biles and Sydney Mclaughlin -Levrone are represented by the best athletes in women’s sports and the best athletes with the best groundbreaking athletes and disability categories, respectively.

Best Athletes of 2024 – Women’s Sports and Best WNBA Player Award winner Aja Wilson has once again found both categories. Saquon Barkley won a nod in three categories: Best Athlete – Men’s Sports, Best Play and Best NFL Player. Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is the only other NFL player except for Berkley, named in both the best NFL players and best athletes-men’s sports category.

Your vote will help you decide who the ESPY winner. So let me hear your voice! Cast now and adjust it on ABC at 8pm ET on July 16th to find out who will bring ESPY to your home.
