Liverpool is interested in signing Crystal Palace defender Mark Ngwehi during the summer windows, and they are approaching his capture.
Liverpool is close to signing the 24-year-old England international defender, according to a report via Daveockop. He decided to become a free agent next summer and leave Crystal Palace. He wants to play for a big club and Liverpool wants to secure his signature.
Liverpool needs Mark Guehe
Jarrell Quanza will leave the club this summer and join Liverpool. It appears that Guehee will be his place. Liverpool needs another reliable central defender, and the 24-year-old should prove to be a quality addition.
Joe Gomez suffers from persistent injury issues, and Ibrahima Conate links with the exit. The French International has not signed an extension with the club and he will become a free agent next summer.
It will be interesting to see if Liverpool can negotiate a reasonable deal with Crystal Palace defenders. His contract situation would certainly give them a position of power when it comes to negotiations.
Liverpool’s movement is ideal
The defender has proven his quality in the Premier League, and he aims to compete at a higher level. A trip to Liverpool might be ideal for him. They were the Premier League champions and were able to offer him the opportunity to compete for major trophies.
He also links to other English clubs, but the players appear to be keen on the move to Anfield. It will be interesting to see how things develop over the next few weeks.
Liverpool has already signed Jeremy Fripon, Florian Wiltz and Milos Kerkez. The Kerquez deal was announced earlier today.
