However, there have been progress in negotiations, and both clubs hope to close the relocation right now.

They need another quality attacker, and Elanga certainly improves them in the future. He tries to add pace, talent and unpredictability to the side. Newcastle has secured qualifying for the Champions League next season, and they will be an attractive destination for players. It’s not surprising that players are keen to join them.
