Fabrizio Romano reportedly allows Arsenal to bid on Chelsea’s winger Noni Madueke at any time after agreeing to terms with the player.

According to Romano in his latest YouTube video post, Gunner is interested in attacking Madueke and Crystal Palace midfielder Ebeki Eze.

Things seem to be even more advanced for Madueke, but Eze is also the person Arsenal spoke to, even though Arsenal has not yet spoken with the palace.

In Madueque’s case, a bid for Chelsea appears to be imminent, even if Romano suggested that the two clubs are somewhat apart in their ratings at the age of 23.

For the Romano video, we also cover today’s big news about Arsenal’s move against Viktor Gyokeres, so please see below…

Discussing Arsenal’s winger’s target, Romano said: “Arsenal hasn’t given up on the winger either. As Arsenal continues to work on conversations with Eze’s agents, remember what he said about Ebebeki Eze in position 10.

“While there is no contact with Crystal Palace from the club yet, Arsenal is also preparing a Noni Madue opening bid, and Arsenal is currently ready to propose to Chelsea for Noni Madue.

“My understanding is that the ratings between the two clubs are completely different. As I said, there is no club contact yet, but Arsenal is planning to make their first bid. So this proposal could arrive at any time.

“My understanding is that the Arsenal people are completely different to players for some money and for Chelsea. So there’s still something to understand between the two clubs and let’s see how these conversations go.

“You can see that yesterday, Arsenal said in an exclusive update that he has signed a deal with Noni Maduceke. It’s a five-year deal. You can add this detail to Maduceke. Your salary is fine.

Arsenal prepares for a strong summer

Arsenal has yet to officially close many deals, but has announced the arrival of both Kepa Alizabaraga and Martin Zubimendi.

If they could also add Gyoker, Eze and Maduke, it would certainly go down as a big transfer window.

Meanwhile, other people like Christian Norgado and Christian Mosquera can add a good team depth. Romano mentions the latter, but the athletes have previously reported the former.
