Tottenham Hotspur’s activities in the transfer market over the past few days have been desperate, to say the least.
Mohammed Kudus appears to be the first major signature of Dane’s term after a £55 million deal was agreed between Lily White and West Ham United.
The Ghanaian proved to be a great addition to the club, and the 24-year-old scored 19 times in two years after joining from Ajax.
It will certainly be the beginning of becoming a big window for the club, especially after last year’s gross finish, to launch the Premier League tables throughout 2025/26.
However, many other players remain on the radar between the present and the end of the window, but it is still unclear whether more transactions will be completed.
Latest new additions on Spurs hunting this summer
Brentford striker Yoan Wyssa has been labelled as a potential Spurs option this summer, and could follow Frank’s joining Lily White across the capital.
A 28-year-old who registered a 19-league goal for honeybees during the 2024/25 Premier League campaign has a price tag of £50 million.
However, according to Athletic, another player from the UK’s top flight has appeared on the radar, with Nottingham Forest star Morgan Gibbs White being a key target.
They claim that in person meetings were held between the two clubs, and that “we’re going here” is a famous “going here” famously known by Fabrizio Romano, who suggested it was a “large” move for the club.
The deal has not yet been officially completed, but journalist Ben Jacobs said the players have “consent” the move and will head to North London for around £60 million, a bargain on the Frank side.
According to Telegraph’s Mike McGrath, the player is scheduled to receive medical care on Friday.
Why is the Spurs’ £60 million goal a better signature than Kudus & Wissa?
While Kudus’ contract is mostly in the final stages, it is clear that the board is serious about completing the moves of many players ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
Daniel Levy wants to support Frank for success, based on the Europa League victory he achieved at the end of last season.
Kudus and Wissa undoubtedly added more quality to the forefront, with the pair registering a total of 24 league goals throughout 2024/25.
However, despite their pending arrivals, Gibbs White’s move is definitely a better option. England International is one of the most popular talents in the division after appearing on the Manchester City radar earlier this summer.
Comparing his statistics with the aforementioned duo statistics, he far outperforms the pair in many key areas, giving Frank the attack quality he longs for this window.

Gibbs White, labelled “World Class” by journalist Jamie Martin, has registered more progressive passes around 90, completing more important passes.
He also registered actions that would make more shots despite his deep role, and then completed a higher percentage of his take-ons, and was able to create opportunities for himself or his teammates.
The 25-year-old showed off his control, winning around 90 with his higher aviation figure.
For his talented player in today’s market, £60 million is a great business by hierarchy, offering yet another incredible talent within the last third.
Although there is no denying that Kudus and Wissa are also impressive signatures, given the statistics produced and current international status, Gibbs-White could blow the pair out of the water and play a major role in future success under Frank.
