Tottenham is working on other targets in the ongoing transfer story surrounding Nottingham Forest star Morgan Gibbs White.

Thomas Frank hopes for the drama conclusion quite soon, as England International is set to take Hotspur Way Medical before Forest finally blocks its transfer eight days ago.

Dane is personally confident that he can secure his signature.

They wrote letters to both the Spurs and the player agents threatening legal action following what was considered an illegal approach to the 25-year-olds.

Nevertheless, Tottenham eventually gets a green light, and has Gibbs White sign for the fourth summer of summer after Mattis Tell, Kota Takai and Mohammed Kudus (Fabrizio Romano).

Chairman Daniel Levy was ready to trigger a “Confidential” £60 million release clause for Gibbs-White before Forest intervened, but they are not looking for a “quick resolution.”

“It would be interesting to see how that unfolds from here,” said Colin Frey of BBC Radio Nottingham.

“Most people thought it would be resolved and a transfer would take place, and a lot of people didn’t expect him to go back to training.

“Forest has stalled that they are not looking for a quick solution. They want to protect him.”

Amidst this troubling situation, Lily White has other plans she’d like to see before the September 1st deadline.

Tottenham reportedly wants a new holding midfielder and number six. Journalist Graeme Bailey reportedly gave a speech with representatives of Bayern Munich midfielder Joa Pargigna, and believes Juventus Ace Douglas Lewis is keen to travel to Spurs just a year after switching from Aston Villa to Turin.

In addition to this, new centre-backs are on the agenda, with Ukrainian international Illia Zabarnyi reemerging as the best target.

According to Sky Sports Reporter Genre Cadi Marzio, through his official website, Tottenham is actively trying Zabarni despite his eagerness to join the European champion PSG.

Di Marzio also reports that Tottenham is ready to pay Zabarnyi £60 million. This is the amount Bournemouth “requested” if the 22-year-old was given encouragement over a switch to France in support of the N17.

PSG has seen multiple bids being rejected for Zabarnyi, worth up to £52 million, but they have not yet returned with improved offers. Given the spurt is high and ready to meet Zabarini’s asking price, this could open the door on Frank’s side, but that depends on the player’s own decision.

The defender is a rock at the heart of Bournemouth’s defense and played a key role in pursuing European football last season.

“He’s probably the most underrated player,” said Pundit Jamie Redknapp.

“I also spoke with Ukrainian legend Andri Shevchenko and he said that Ilia has everything she needs to reach the next level. Everyone talks about Dean Huyssen. Yes, he’s a great young player, but Zabarini is also playing very offensively on defense.
