£5 million ranger flops “rimmed” flops to the Ibrox exit

        • Rangers were able to forget Raku Sakiy by signing a talent of £4 million

The Glasgow Rangers officially confirmed on Saturday that central defender Robin Propper, who moved from Ibrox, with the club just a year later, has moved from Ibrox.

The Dutch centre-back went completely wrong for him in Scotland, so he returned to FC Twente just 12 months after he joined Light Blues from the Eredivisi side.

Propper found that physicality was too difficult to deal with, losing 55% of his ground duels and 56% of his aviation duels in the previous Europa League.

Despite his scoring with Celtic, the propper did not do enough to show he was ready to deliver quality performance in Scotland.

The 31-year-old DUD is far from the only ranger flops struggling with the physicality of Scottish football, and another of those flops is trapped at an exit from Ibrox.

Ranger is a full back edge close to forwarding

According to journalist Sebastien Vidal, Turkey International Ridvan Yilmaz is “attracting closer” to leave the Premiership giant this summer.

The reporter argues that the left-footed DUD is not part of Russell Martin’s plan, as evidenced by his exclusion from the Champions League team list, and that the club is preparing for life without him.

Vidal adds that the 24-year-old Flop is ready to secure his return to Besiktas after three years to leave the Turkish giant and sign the Ranger with a reporting fee of £5 million.

Yilmaz is not part of the club’s plan and he was as bad as Prosper last season, so all involved should push forward to proceed with the transfer earlier than it is now.

Why Rangers Should Sell Ridvan Yilmaz

The £5 million flop should be on sale this summer, as he was as bad as the propper in the 2024/25 campaign, in the sense that he also struggles with the physicality of the game.

Yilmaz, who had been a part-time player for a little over three years at Ibrox, started only 11 of the club’s 38 matches in the Scottish Premiership last year.

In these games, the Turkish fullback failed to offer a balanced, ownership performance to show the club that they deserve a long-term future in Glasgow.

As you can see in the table above, Yilmaz made as many errors as it provided goal contributions on the other end of the pitch, leading to the opposition shot.

Surprisingly, the Rangers flop lost 100% of his air combat. That is, he did not win one contest on air in 17 appearances in the league.

Martin clearly decided that Yilmaz is not part of plans for the upcoming season, due to his team’s choice.

Therefore, rangers should push the defenders back to Besikutas in the coming days, as bad as the Scottish Prodel and they need to move as quickly as possible.
