In a few weeks, Arsenal will launch a 2025/26 Premier League campaign, with their eyes riveting on the awards.

The gunners who were missing in each of the last three seasons know that this is a big thing, and Mikel Arteta’s side spent five years without silverware.

However, the recent improvements have been enormous. Aside from the lack of trophies, this was an incredible return for the Giants who were previously thrown to the roadside.

There have been strong cases during 2024/25 when Arsenal’s unfortunate injury record stumbled them by pursuing glory, but Arteta fixed the issue and made some impactful summer signings to take his team to the next level.

And months of work have now been crowned by the addition of Sports Lisbon’s Victor Gyoker.

Why did Arsenal sign Victor Gyoker?

Technically, Gyoker is not yet an official Arsenal player, but the centre forward is subject to the agreed £64 million deal where he stands as Arteta’s leading goal getter in the coming years.

Swedish International scored 97 goals, adding 28 assists in the sport in 102 matches, and won the La Liga Portugal in both seasons with the club.

The 27-year-old is at the height of his career, where former Coventry City coach Adi Bibsch described as a “physical machine.” He has what he needs to be one of the major Premier League strikers of his time.

While there is no doubt that Gyoker will be a great signing for Arsenal, there is still a slight uncertainty as he has not yet traded in the Premier League.

But Arsenal has another star that could prove to be an even better signature – that’s not discrediting Gyoker.

Arsenal is a PL Star consent fee

According to the football relocation, Arsenal is confident that it will complete the signature of Crystal Palace Ebekieze this summer and agrees to pay a £68 million release clause through a series of manageable installments.

With Palace won the FA Cup final against Manchester City last season, Eze is expected to score the winning goal and agree to his personal terms with the gunners and take on a new challenge.

The 100,000-pound talent on the week is also attracting interest from Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur, but it is Arteta’s side that is set to enjoy his qualities from next season onwards if the details of the transfer are made without any issues.

What Eveletchi Eze brings to Arsenal

Like Gyokeres, Eze is 27 years old and offers Gunners maturity and development integrity. The 2024/25 season of Three Lions Star proved to the world that they have what they need to become a star member of the European elite costume.

Pundit Rio Ferdinand welcomed his “unique” style of play in March, claiming he could play for one of the world’s top teams.”

Dribble Happy offensive midfielder Eze’s low center of gravity, huge core strength, and skilled passing game make him a difficult opponent in many different ways that hurt his enemies.

Eze, who was normally used as a left-sided midfielder by Oliver Glasner for the past 18 months, completed 82% of the Premier League, according to Sofa Scole, but highlighted his rounding with two dribblings, 1.7 key passes and a successful duel of 4.8 games.

His ability to seamlessly shift between his left flank and his more central attacking position plagues his sharpness and intelligence. In this respect, Eze is able to block Arteta’s two holes, with both Leandro Torosador and Gabriel Martinelli linked to this summer’s move.

Eze has become even stronger over the past few years, but he remains a robust physical profile that can dynamise the club’s overall offensive accumulation.

According to FBREF, he was ranked last season for shot-making action among the top 11% of European offensive midfielders and wingers.

A successful take-on is recorded when the player defeats the opponent while bringing the ball directly into the possession.

While there is no doubt that Gyoker will bring Arsenal a new scoring quality, Eze has a very impressive skill set that will surely make him appear as one of Arteta’s most reliable eu, as he cancels out the left flank departure berth.

Will the Arsenal soon-surrounded striker hit the ground running on a UK top flight? Can he hold the same level of destructive glow against the Steel defender in more stringent conditions?

These are questions and you’ll understand them immediately. In any case, Eze has built himself up over the years in Europe’s finest sector. Of course, Gyoker was the central target man, and both were able to enjoy the fruits of each other’s labor.

At Gyokeres, Arsenal secures the center they’ve been hoping for over the past few years. But Eze may prove to be a better signature, consider everything.

His high prices reflect that, as well as the consistency of the Premier League palace over the past five years, even analyst Ben Matinson calling him a “superstar.”
