Manchester United will complete the signature of RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesco, according to Ben Jacobs.
The Red Devils won a Sesco race this summer, which was targeted by Newcastle.
Slovenia International plans to put the pen for his five-year contract at Old Trafford into paper, but Jacobs also claims that the striker will be cleared as this new one joins.
See below as Jacobs posted on X. About RasmusHojlund is now available by Man UTD for a fee of just £40 million…
Jacobs posted: “Benjamin Sesco will officially make Manchester United’s move today, before it’s announced on Saturday. He will sign a five-year deal. The fee is €76.5m + €8.5m. The add-on of about €5 million is very easy to achieve.
If Hojlund traveled for around £40 million, it would be a huge loss at £72 million, which he paid Atalanta just two years ago, as reported by the then BBC Sport.
Can Sesko give Man United a Hojlund upgrade?
Sesko looks like a real deal – a powerful and skilled young striker with a big future in the game.
But the same could be said about Hodzilund when he was in Atalanta, but it’s fair to say he couldn’t step up to play for United.
It is still unclear whether Sesko will raise fares, and so many top players these days are far from their best at MUFC and may improve even after leaving.
Hozilund and Antony between the exits to monitor United
Hojlund certainly leaves United soon, but Antony is another player who is understood to be attracting interest after it becomes available.
As reported by Catch off side Today, Antony is a target for Benfica on loan, but United wants to sell permanently.
After a disappointing performance in Manchester, it turns out to be difficult to offload these struggling performers.
