Chelsea are actively pursuing a double contract between RB Leipzig’s Zabi Simons and Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho, but they can still sign more players along with the duo.
Simons and Garnacho are both determined to sign Chelsea, but the Blues have yet to fully agree with any of the clubs.
The former revealed he wants to join Enzo Maresca’s side, and is patiently waiting for Chelsea to rock the fees for his services as negotiations continue behind the scenes this week.
Meanwhile, Garnacho has assigned the Stamford Bridge this summer as his “only” desirable landing point (David Ornstein) – coming after Argentina dropped teasing tips on Instagram.
The 21-year-old loved posts that linked him to his move to Chelsea.
To make room for the attacking pair, Chelsea is expected to light up even more high-profile sales in green by next month amid pressure from UEFA.
Kearney Chukwemeka, Raheem Sterling, Ben Chilwell, Christopher Nukank, Nicholas Jackson and Alfie Gilchrist all link to the Cobham exit door prior to the summer transfer deadline of September 1st, and this departure could also free up space for PSG Keeper Gian Luigin Naruma.
Italy’s number one announced he will be leaving PSG on Tuesday evening with an emotional goodbye post.
“From the first day I arrived, I gave everything on and off the pitch to get my place and to protect Paris Saint-Germain’s goals,” Donal Mama said.
“Unfortunately, someone has decided that I will not be part of the group and will no longer be able to contribute to the success of the team. I am disappointed and disappointed.
“If that doesn’t happen, I want you to know that your support and love means the world to me. I will never forget that. I will always bring to me all the emotions, magical nights and the memories of you that made me feel like I’m home.”
The 26-year-old is now officially leaving Parc des Princes, so PSG’s loss could be in Chelsea’s profits.
Gianluigi donnarumma will hold a lecture to join Chelsea
A report from France earlier this week suggests that Chelsea had asked about Donnaruma, and now journalist Graeme Bailey told TBR Football that EX-AC Milan shot stopper had been in discussions with Maresca via his representative.
“As we’ve revealed, Manchester United is interested. They wanted to improve their goalkeeping division this summer. The two options they like are Donnaruma and Emi Martinez, but in theory there’s a contract for the Italians for them.
“But others are watching. It is said that Donnaruma’s camp spoke to Chelsea and Manchester City. The city is in discussion with Galata Salei, who was keen on Donalma, about Ederson.
“We now expect Adason to be able to head to Istanbul this summer.
“It’s said that Bayern Munich is potentially in the mix for him.”
Maresca definitely needs an experienced figure, and every team that won the Premier League title has one thing in common as a world-class goalkeeper. Donnarumma fits the bill in all of these aspects.
With him reportedly costing around £26 million, Chelsea managed to seal off a big bargain after Milan’s Mike Maignan decided not to sign early in the window.
