Game 2 of the 2025 FedEx Cup playoffs will begin on Thursday when Maryland’s Caves Valley Golf Club hosts the 2025 BMW Championship. The top 50 players in the FedEx Cup rankings advanced after last week’s first round. This was the playoffs that Justin Rose won over the JJ span. World No. 1 Scotty Scheffler came in third with Tommy Fleetwood, who held the lead towards the final round. Schaeffler is +220 favorite (risk of winning $220) at the odds of the 2025 BMW Championship. Meanwhile, Lori McIlroy came back after sitting last week, so it’s +750. Cepstraca, number five in the FedEx Cup playoff rankings, withdrew on Monday for personal reasons. In other words, only 49 players will be on the field. The first tea time will be at 9:21am ET on Thursday.

The event was last held in Cave Valley in 2021, when Patrick Cantray won the playoffs. Cantlay (25-1) is the winner of two BMW Championships. Should I back-up him in the 2025 BMW Championship bet? Before you lock into the 2025 BMW Championship Pick, be sure to check out the golf predictions and predicted leaderboards from the Sportsline’s proven computer models.

The Sportsline’s proprietary model, built by DFS Pro Mike McClure, has been red hot since the PGA Tour resumed in June 2020. In fact, the model has surpassed $8,500 on its best bet since its post-tournament reboot.

This same model nailed a whopping 16 majors over the weekend, including the 2025 Master (the fourth Master) and this year’s PGA Championship and Open Championship. Anyone who followed the sports bet pick has seen massive returns Bet Site. New users will have the opportunity to use the latest Fanduel Promo code and Fanatics Sportsbook Promo Code. They can also be targeted DraftKings Promo Codewill offer new users $200 in bonus bets and will soon offer more than $200 from NFL Sunday tickets.

With the 2025 BMW Championship field locked, Sportsline simulated the tournament 10,000 times, and the results were astounding. Head to SportsLine now to see the projected leaderboard.

2025 BMW Championship Prediction

One of the big surprises the model is hoping for at the 2025 BMW Championship is stumbling over Tommy Fleetwood, listed fourth this week, barely breaking through the top 10. He has a top five finish of 29 on the PGA Tour, but he hasn’t won the event yet.

The 34-year-old has earned five top-10 finishes this season. This includes the sixth runner-up in his career at the Travelers Championship. He also finished second in the major championship and has won seven DP World Tours. But he’s dealing with a serious mental hurdle at this point, so this week the model is waning him. You can see who else fades here and then use Fanduel to instantly get $300 in bonus bets.

Another amazing BMW Championship Pick on the model: JJ Spaun has a strong run despite being a long shot of +3000. Spawn went to three playoff holes with Rose on Sunday, after which Rose ultimately sealed the victory. But it was another impressive show as he continues to produce unexpected noise this season.

Spaun has six top-10 finishes and won the first major championship of his career at the US Open. He also finished second in the athletes championship and finished T2 with the Cognizant Classic. Spaun ranked 7th on the PGA Tour, earned by Stroke, sixth on the stroke, and was closer to the green and became a long shot to target Caves Valley. See who else you choose here.
