  • Odson Eduard on the way out of Crystal Palace?
  • The transition to Saudi Arabia is possible for Eduard

Odsonne Edouard’s future has once again been subject to speculation, with Crystal Palace striker now attracting attention from the Saudian professional league.

According to journalist Ahmed Raghav, reports coming out of the Middle East suggest that Al Faya is actively considering the French moves to sharpen their offense before the end of the Saudi transfer period.

Eduardo’s career trajectory in recent years has been unpredictable. Once considered one of the brightest offensive talents to emerge from the Paris Saint-Germain Academy, the 27-year-old has always struggled to fulfill his potential in the UK.

Odson Eduard on the way out of Crystal Palace?

After the spell with Celtic and Crystal Palace, the forward was loaned to Leicester City last season in hopes of reviving his form. Unfortunately, the move did not go as planned.

Opportunities are limited, and his lack of influence coincided with Leicester’s relegation from the Premier League, leaving a question mark on his long-term future at the top level.

Despite that difficult chapter, Eduard had no suitor scope this summer. In France, OGC Nice has already held discussions to bring Striker back to Ligue 1, and is still remembered for the PSG youth setup and subsequent success in Scottish football.

But now there is a possibility of switching to Saudi Arabia.

Edouard is one of the options on Al-Fayha’s suggested list. The Saudi club endures annoyed campaign in front of the previous goals and is eager to inject more firepower into the front line.

With clubs in both Europe and the Middle Eastern region turning, the next few weeks could prove crucial for Eduard’s future. Whether he chooses to return to France or move in favor of Saudi Arabia, one thing is clear. His time at Crystal Palace may be closed.
