Liverpool superstar Mohamed Sara has been named PFA Player of the Year following his outstanding campaign on 2024/25.

Egypt International played the lead role for Liverpool in the successful Premier League title, scoring 29 goals in 38 league matches.

Salah deserves to be worthy of tonight’s award selected by his Premier League peers, as confirmed in a post from the official PFA X account.

Sarah wasn’t surprised even with the teams of the season, but Aston Villa attacked midfielder Morgan Rodgers and won the Young Player Award.

The 33-year-old was unable to play for most of last season, and he made a significant contribution in both goals and assists as the LFC won his 20th title.

Sarah also scored in his first game of the season, bringing him to fourth place on the list of the highest scorers ever in the Premier League…
