Tottenham Hotspur is eager to sign Atletico Madrid striker Alexander Sollos this summer.
According to Talksport, the 29-year-old could come out of the La Liga Club, and Spurs was keen to secure his signature. Sollos is also linked to Aston Villa and Newcastle.
Sollos can be a useful option
Sollos scored 24 goals last season, potentially making a great addition for him. The 29-year-old can act as a target man and a creative forward. He holds the ball at his feet in the air.
He could be an ideal addition for the Spurs and was able to form a strong partnership with Dominique Solanke. Solanke struggled to score goals consistently last season and was able to use more support on the offense. Sollos had played for England before and he could quickly make an impact.
Spurs need an addition like Alexander Sorros
The Spurs managed to wait for the trophy, but are trying to build on the results they’ve made since last season. They will push major trophies in the top four of this season and try to finish. They will need to insert a team gap this summer and the strikers will be a great addition.
Tottenham has started the season well, and they are trying to do well in the coming weeks. They need to make the most of the rest of the week with a transfer window and quality players. It would be interesting to see if you can sign La Liga Striker. Given his position on the side, he could be available for reasonable amounts. Atletico Madrid does not consider him an essential asset, and if appropriate offers are presented, they can see the cash.
