The wolves continue to use the money raised from the sale of Matheus Cunha and Rayan Ait-Nouri, locked up in another signature on Vitor Pereira’s team.
Over £90 million has been raised from selling Cunha and Ait-Nouri to Man United and Man City, respectively, and so far £54 million has been spent on leading Fer Lopez, Jhon Arias, David Møller Wolfe and Jhon Arias to Molineux. And in the next few days, another 20 million euros could be spent on another attack reinforcement.
Wolves are ready to defeat Leeds on the signature of christantus uche
According to AS (via Inside Futbol), the wolves are in pole position to sign Christantantus Uche at La Liga Side Getafe. The 22-year-old, who registered and supported the goal in his victory at Celta Vigo last weekend, has also attracted interest from Leeds, Brentford and Sunderland, but is now believed to be heading for Midland.
getafe is struggling with registration issues despite already selling defender Omar Alderete over £10 million to Sunderland. Uche’s exit was desperately needed, and now it appears he’s heading for the wolves for a fee in the 20 million euro area.
The Wolves apparently have to sign more in the final week of their summer transfer period, losing two Premier League matches to Man City and Bournemouth. Pereira’s side is unable to score in any of these games, highlighting the need for offensive quality in Molineux.
The Wolves will be one of the Premier League teams to watch in the lead-up to their transfer deadline next Monday. With strong efforts being made to ensure Hat Pereira has a team that can avoid relegation from the Premier League this season, Uche could become one of several new players arriving.
