Norton, MA – For those wondering, Brooke Henderson enjoyed a cold sprite after an epic victory at CPKC Women’s Open.

The Canadian superstar hadn’t had a “pop” for years and was with friends and family at Mississaugua Golf and Country Club clubhouse before heading home late Sunday nights.

“I was very exhausted, but that was just how long it took it to sink.

Shortly after her victory after snapping two and a half years of drought, Henderson wasn’t sure what she was going to do this week, but ultimately decided that despite being undoubtedly exhausted, it was best to keep things moving. She will make her debut at the FM event at TPC Boston. Here, 144 fields compete for a $4.1 million wallet.

“It felt good that I’m coming back, not real, but I’m going back to work and focusing on what I need to focus on,” she said.

“So we decided to make this choice, so we took off Monday and ran yesterday morning. We’ve done everything for the past two days and prepared for tomorrow.”

Henderson’s team hasn’t changed much over the years. Her father, Dave, is still her instructor. Sister Brittany is still in her bag. She is still represented by the same management company. Canada’s most won golfer is always quickly praised by those around her.

However, after work in Texas, he managed to catch the back nine, but there was one important person who was not on hand due to the “dream” victory in Ontario. A few weeks ago, typical private Henderson posted a photo of her mistress, Ricky Castro, on Instagram. Castro is a pitcher for Wichita Windsurge, a minor league team that plays for the Minnesota Twins. The couple met in Naples, Florida, where they had a home in Henderson and began dating in March.

“I find this life here quite difficult because you travel so much,” Henderson said. Golf Week. “He travels a lot, I travel a lot, so he really understands the lifestyle and everything you need for your best performance.

When asked if Castro was playing golf, Henderson laughed and said they were working on it.

“He’s hitting it very far, and it’s really impressive,” she added.

Castro has not yet been able to appear in the LPGA event, but that could change in the fall. Although it’s the second half of the season, now the 14 LPGA winners are back active for the rest of 2025.

Before winning Canada, Henderson was not rock for the season-ending CME Group Tour Championship in Naples. Now the spot is safe and she is about to build her schedule in Asia before the season ends in Florida.

Henderson, a grown-up hockey player, is particularly excited to play for the New World team at Hanwha Life Plus International Crown in Korea this October. She will play alongside Charlie Hal, Lydia Co and Weiling Sue. The world team consists of top ranked players from each of the following four regions, not from already qualified countries in Europe, Asia, Africa/Oceania.

“It feels like there are so many good things to look forward to, and there’s a lot to try and build a game,” Henderson said.
