Leeds United goalkeeper Iran Mesley has linked his move away from the club this summer.
The 25-year-old has fallen into a hierarchy at the English club and he has no future in Leeds. He is linked to his return to France, and Roryent is interested in securing his signature.
Loliant enthusiastic about Iranian meslier
However, according to an Ouest France report via Mot Leeds News, French costumes find it difficult to get the deal done. The financial details surrounding the transaction are very complicated and it will be interesting to see how the situation develops. The parties have not yet reached an agreement. There is no doubt that the 25-year-old will become a useful acquisition of French costumes.
Leeds hopes to remove the player before the window closes. Lucas Perri is the club’s first choice goalkeeper, and Meslier will struggle with Gametime if he stays with an English club.
Mesley needs a new start
The goalkeeper will also try to sort out his future. He must play regularly at this stage of his career, and sitting on the bench of a Premier League club he will not benefit him. It remains to be seen whether French costumes will be able to arrange funds and complete the transaction. Apparently, Reid hopes to collect up to £5 million for the goalkeeper.
The 25-year-old has been highly rated at the club in the past, but was unable to convince manager Daniel Fark to perform, Leeds decided to upgrade him.
Meslier is still very often at the peak of his career and he needs to join a club where he gets regular opportunities.
