Free agents who already proved themselves in the Premier League early in his career could be happy to make the move to Everton.
Garner reveals changes in Everton’s mentality
The Blues won three of the openings of three league games this season.
Midfielder James Garner was impressed by the opening week of the campaign, scoring in a 2-0 home victory at Brighton, talking about the mentality changes that took place under the manager at Everton.
“He said on the first day he wasn’t here to take over a team that was fighting relegation. He said it again on the first day before the season. He sets high standards and knows where we want to be.
“There are a few more faces in the summer, and now we have the quality that is in the team, and we all agree with the manager. If you want to achieve big things, you need to set your standards and goals high. I think you can see that in us.
“We did that in these first few games. Obviously the first game (against Leeds) felt like a blip, I don’t think we played well, but now the aim is to keep up the momentum.
Everton’s improvements this season are clear, but it’s also important that more quality is added to the team, and is currently linked to the free agent moves.

I’ll talk Goodison Newsformer Toffee scout Brian King shared the idea of Everton signing a free transfer to left-back Sergio Regiron.
“He’s certainly visible because he’s a free transfer. They’re currently stretching a bit across the defense at the moment, as he has concerns about Branteito’s injuries. It appears Regielon has joined a club like Everton, and Everton is moving forward.
Reggion could be a wise signature for Everton. In particular, Vitalii Mykolenko, who was injured before an international break, along with an experienced 28-year-old player, has acquired Vitalii Mykolenko.
The Spaniard actually scored against the Tottenham Blues in a 5-0 victory in 2021/22, and he has 81 Premier League appearances in his name.
Regiron was once welcomed as “glorious” by Noel Whelan, allowing Everton’s team to bring a good mix of defensive solidity and offensive offensive.
