Manchester City Summer Signature Gian Louis Don Narma was selected as the best goalkeeper of the men’s Yasin Trophy at the Ballon d’Or 2025 Awards.
Italian International was an exception for PSG last season, helping them with multiple trophies, including the league title and the UEFA Champions League.

He joined Manchester City earlier this summer and is pleased that the Premier League Giants have secured the service of world-class players. The Italian won the prestigious award for defeating Liverpool’s Allison Becker.
Liverpool’s Brazilian goalkeeper finished second. He is also outstanding in the Premier League champions, unveiling countless amazing performances over the past 12 months. Allison looked particularly invincible against PSG in the UEFA Champions League away from home.
Meanwhile, England and Chelsea goalkeeper Hannah Hampton has been named the best female goalkeeper in the world.
Donnarumma can change Man City
Meanwhile, the 26-year-old Italian is pleased with the award, and he is trying to recreate Manchester City’s performance last season. The Premier League side needs to introduce world-class goalkeepers, and the Italians are certainly one of the best in the world. It will be interesting to see if he can help them return to the top of British football again.
Manchester City has had to bounce hard, not at its best for the past 12 months. Italians can make a big difference to them at the goal. He’s already impressed in the Premier League and could get better if he adapts to the strength of British football.
