Everton is interested in signing Sevilla defender Juanl Sanchez in the coming months.

The 22-year-old has done very well in the La Liga outfit, and his performance, according to Ficheje, has attracted the club’s attention. They will need more quality and depth in the right-back division, and Sanchez will be a solid acquisition.

Sanchez had linked to Crystal Palace a few weeks ago. Liverpool has previously seen him as a potential alternative to Trent Alexander Arnold.

He could be the ideal long-term alternative to Sheamus Coleman. The opportunity to move to the UK is extremely exciting for the 22-year-old and could be an ideal next step in his career. British regular football could help him improve further.

Everton is trying to improve their team so they can fight for the top half location. They have fought for survival in recent seasons. Their height clubs should be doing better, and they need better players at their disposal.

Sanchez is a young player with many possibilities, and British regular football can bring out the best of him. If Everton could sign him for a reasonable amount, the contract might look like a masterstroke in the future.

It will be interesting to see if Everton will follow their interest with the official proposal to close the deal. Sevilla doesn’t want to lose a key player like him, but he could be seduced if he offers a favorable proposal.

The opportunity to travel to the UK is also appealing to players. He will feel that if he can impress Everton in the Premier League, he will be able to secure a big move in the future. Merseyside outfit could be an ideal foothold for him at this stage of his career.
