Arsenal chief and sports director Andrea Berta wants to tie up another player after William Saliba and Bukayo Saka.
Arsenal in a meeting with Bukayo Saka after confirming William Saliba’s deal
Earlier this week, Mikel Arteta expressed his joy after star defender Saliba committed his future to the club.
“William is loved by all his players and staff, and it speaks volumes every day about his personality, commitment and attitude,” Arteta said.
“Since joining us, William has grown enormously, embraced responsibility and has built strong connections with our supporters and everyone in the club.
“We know there’s still a lot to come from him and will continue to work together to continue improving with our clear ambitions to win major trophies.”
Since entering into an inbreakable partnership with Gabriel in 2022/2023, the Frenchman, who has been crucial to Arsenal’s trophy charges, has signed an extension to keep him in North London until 2030.
Saliba’s defensiveness was well known to Real Madrid, who reportedly contacted camp in the summer, but it was clear that the 24-year-old wanted to stay at Emirates Stadium (Handfersenal).
Saliva and Gabriel, who signed a new deal earlier this year, stayed at Arsenal and signed a summer agreement to acquire key silverware together (Handofarsenal).
After centre-back, it is reported that Arsenal is confident he will soon agree to a new contract with Saka (Fabrizio Romano).
The winger is absolutely important to the way Arteta wants to play, and Arsenal is heartlessly missing him when Saka was sidelined with a hamstring injury midway through last season.
Arsenal has tried to manage the 24-year-old minutes again this season, trying to take into account the hamstring issues, but Arteta has no choice but to play Saka on a much more regular basis, than he hoped Noni Maduke was injured until late November.

Either way, it is believed that Berta will be able to agree to an extension with Saka camp by Christmas, and in his potential fresh terms, England International can earn £250,000 (soccer relocation) north a week.
Now, following the interesting event, Berta plans to award defender Julientimbers in a brand new deal as well.
Timber in the future admiration of Arsenal Pranjulien wood
According to TBR football and journalist Graeme Bailey, Arsenal is ready to offer an extension to the wood following Dutchman’s outstanding performance. They believe he is actually the best in his position in the world.
The previous discussion with the Ajax sense is clearly scheduled for the end of 2025, with Timber pushing Ben White to the bench and making his right-back spot his own after the 2023/2024 injury debut season.
“Julientimber was great for Arsenal despite missing out on his first season with the club. He was very impressed with how he bouncing off and became a big part of their defense,” Bailey said.
“Arsenal really sees him as one of the best in his role in the world.”
The 24-year-old, who can play both left-back and defense-centered, has been invaluable to Arteta since its launch in 2024/2025.
It was great as Timber has missed just a handful of games since he recovered since his recovery since Timber came back from that ACL tear.
Arteta calls Timber one of the leaders of Arsenal’s group and praises Dutch International after last year’s comeback.
“Leader, a guy who’s always thinking about how he can help others and bring great quality to everything he’s doing,” he said of Timber.
“Even the little time he was with us, even the time he spent on the pitch, everyone can talk very high about him like they do.
“He came from Ajax, it was a big move, it was another country. He came here with hopes and gets injured in the first game. And what do you have to look first?
“He did the exact opposite. He began to develop an incredible relationship with Physios and his teammates. He began to gather as much information as he could about how we play.
