Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga has been linked with a move from the Spanish club, with Liverpool being mentioned as a potential transfer destination.
However, any move may have to wait until the summer. It will be interesting to see whether the Spanish national team accepts the French national team’s departure.
At 22 years old, he is a promising young player with a bright future and has the tools to develop into a world-class player. He could be a valuable asset to Liverpool if they are able to sign him. Camavinga has been hailed as an “extraordinary” player.
Dean Jones has revealed to TEAMtalk that there is a very real possibility he could play for either Liverpool or Manchester City in the future. It remains to be seen how the situation will develop.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid are also rumored to be signing several midfielders. If they are successful in signing a quality replacement, there is no reason not to let him leave.
Will Eduardo Camavinga join Liverpool?
Jones said: “If things don’t work out in the second half of the season, I think there’s a good chance he could be an option for a Premier League club like Liverpool or Man City, but Madrid seem adamant at the moment that it takes time to make such a decision.”
“The real question probably becomes even bigger once we know whether they are looking to sign an elite midfielder.
“Clearly, Madrid have been linked with Mac Allister from Liverpool, but also Caicedo and Enzo from Chelsea, so there seems to be an intention that could have a knock-on effect.”
Liverpool could use Camavinga
Meanwhile, Liverpool need more quality and depth in the center of the park. They need more defensive quality and physicality.
Camavinga could be the ideal signing. He could form a quality partnership with Ryan Gravenbirch. It will be interesting to see if the Premier League champions can get a deal over the line.
