West Ham have had a difficult season so far, but they got back to winning ways with a 3-1 win over Newcastle at the London Stadium on Sunday, with goals from Lucas Paqueta, Sven Botman (OG) and Tomas Soucek.
West Ham were able to end their run of form after failing to win at the London Stadium this season. The team will look to hit the ground running in the coming weeks as they look to make significant improvements under new manager Nuno Espirito Santo, who replaced Graham Potter in September.
West Ham fans had plenty of reasons to smile on Sunday and there was another one later in the day when the club released footage of their heroes celebrating after Newcastle’s win.

According to Hammers News, there was plenty of love from West Ham supporters after Olly Scarless was seen taking part in the dressing room celebrations following the win over Newcastle. The 19-year-old academy graduate is a fan favorite and fans were disappointed when he broke his collarbone in the defeat to Leeds and had to undergo surgery in recent weeks.
Scarless has barely featured for West Ham this season and was recalled for the game against Brentford in October, despite reports that Nuno would welcome the teenager’s departure in January. He started the following week at Elland Road, but was sent off after 25 minutes after a heavy tackle, resulting in a broken collarbone that required surgery.
West Ham fans want Scarless to return to action as soon as possible and the current plan is for him to return in December.
