  • Aston Villa make offer for Gonzalo Garcia
  • Garcia needs game time.

Aston Villa are reportedly considering signing Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Garcia.

The 21-year-old has struggled to earn regular minutes at the Spanish club and could be a great signing for the West Midlands club. The opportunity to join the Premier League would be exciting for him, especially if they are prepared to offer him regular opportunities.

Aston Villa make offer for Gonzalo Garcia

According to a report from Fichajes, Real Madrid have received an offer of nearly 20 million euros from Aston Villa. Apparently Sunderland and Wolves have also made contact with the Spanish club. It remains to be seen where he will end up.

Garcia is a great talent with great potential and could develop into a key player for Aston Villa if he joins the club. Real Madrid, on the other hand, rate him highly and would not want to lose a player of his potential so easily. He showed his quality during preseason. He has the potential to develop into a top-class striker in La Liga. Garcia has been hailed as “amazing” in the past.

Aston Villa need more quality and depth in their attacking line-up and signing the 21-year-old would be a great investment for them. They can develop him into a future star.

It will be interesting to see how the situation develops. Garcia needs to play regularly at this stage of his career. Sitting on the bench at his boyhood club does him no favors. If they can’t give him the opportunities he needs, it would be ideal for him to leave.

It remains to be seen whether Aston Villa will be able to complete the transfer in the coming weeks.

Aston Villa have been overly reliant on Ollie Watkins for goals. He needs more support in attack and the Spanish striker could be ideal for them.
