  • Antoine Semenyo to join Manchester United?
  • Liverpool keep an eye on Semenyo

Manchester United are interested in signing Antoine Semenyo from Bournemouth.

The 25-year-old Ghanaian has performed well in the Premier League and is attracting attention from top teams. He has shown he is good enough to play for the country’s biggest clubs and Manchester United are hoping to finalize a deal.

Antoine Semenyo to join Manchester United?

According to a report from Viharges, Manchester United are currently the most likely destination for the 25-year-old attacker. We recently covered reports claiming that Liverpool are also interested in the player. This development will be a blow to the Premier League champions.

Manchester United need more quality and depth in their attacking line-up and it will be interesting to see how the 25-year-old plays into his starting XI. He is primarily a left-sided attacker, but can function anywhere in the front three.

Manchester United recently signed Matheus Cunha in a similar role. If they want to get a deal done, they will need to offer guaranteed game time to the African. He wouldn’t want to sit on the bench of a big club. He’s one of the best offensive players in the league right now. Semenho has been praised by manager Josep Guardiola as an “extraordinary person”.

It remains to be seen whether Manchester United can get a deal over the line. If we want to get back to the top of English football, we need a player of Semenyo’s caliber.

Meanwhile, Liverpool are also interested in the player and need more depth in their side. They could offer him more opportunities compared to Manchester United. They are also well placed to challenge for major trophies. It remains to be seen whether they can win the competition for his signature.
