Manchester United and Chelsea are interested in signing highly-rated Cologne attacker Said El Mara.

The 19-year-old has performed well in Germany this season and has attracted the attention of two Premier League clubs. However, the transfer could face major obstacles. Dean Jones said the player was advised to remain in the league for now. It is said that it is too early to move to the Premier League.

Dean Jones told TEAMtalk: “I heard that Said El Mara is being encouraged to stay in the Bundesliga rather than opting for a move to the Premier League.

“Some people are advising him that it’s too early for the Premier League and that he should wait a little bit.

“From a financial point of view, Cologne would probably do best if an English club came to sign him, but it is also usually the case that Bayern Munich have some say in a special talent before they go to the stage of leaving Germany.

“It’s clear he’s a great player and he’s been scouted very well, but it’ll be interesting to see if he makes such a big leap right away.”

It will be interesting to see whether the player is willing to take the advice and remain in Germany for the time being. There is no doubt that he is a great talent with a bright future. He could develop into a key player for Manchester United or Chelsea. Both clubs need more quality in their flanks and the 19-year-old would be the ideal player for them.

He is a young player with a lot of potential and will only improve with coaching and experience. With the right guidance, he could develop into a future star. Manchester United and Chelsea have an excellent track record when it comes to developing young players. They may help him reach his potential.

Meanwhile, other clubs are also keeping an eye on his progress. Both Premier League clubs should try to act quickly if they want to get a deal done.

The newspaper said the player’s acquisition could cost around 30 million to 35 million euros. Manchester United and Chelsea certainly have the financial resources to pay him such a sum. It remains to be seen whether they will take over the interest and make a formal offer.
