Tottenham Hotspur defender Luka Vusković is currently on loan at German club HSV Hamburg.
The 18-year-old has been outstanding for them and is also a player for the club. He was not only a reliable defender for them, but also contributed in attack and scored important goals. Naturally, he has multiple clubs involved.
Luka Vusković is a player in demand
According to a report from BILD, top clubs are keeping a close eye on his development and may make a move to sign him in the future. Vusković is considered one of the hottest defensive prospects in Europe.
The newspaper claims that the player’s transfer fee could exceed 100 million euros if any club were to sign him. Tottenham paid €11 million for the player, who is under contract until 2030. Tottenham are under no pressure to lose the player and it would be very difficult for any club to sign him.
Spurs must keep Vuskovic
There is no doubt that the Croatian player has all the tools to develop into a future star. Tottenham will aim to develop him into a player at the club. There’s no reason for them to sell him. If we want to build a strong team for the future, we need to keep the best young players at the club.
Meanwhile, it is unlikely that Vuskovic will push for a move away from Tottenham. Although he is yet to make his mark in the Premier League, Vuskovic will return from loan next season and aim to force his way into the first team’s plans. He has the quality to play in the Premier League and could help strengthen Tottenham’s backline.
