2026 PGA Tour Schedule: FedEx Cup Fall Expands, Replaces Two Tournaments

The PGA Tour announced Friday the 2026 FedEx Cup fall schedule with multiple changes to the upcoming fall series. With an increased number of tournaments compared to the 2025 schedule, the FedEx Cup Fall Tournament will feature eight events, as well as two new events and one event previously held in the regular season.

The Biltmore Championship Asheville and the Good Good Championship will debut at the FedEx Cup in fall 2026. The fall begins with a pre-tournament in Asheville, North Carolina, and the Good Good Championship in Austin, Texas will be the penultimate tournament of the year.

These two events will replace the Pro Core Championship, which was held in Napa, California, and the Sanderson Farms Championship, which was held in Jackson, Mississippi. In addition to these new tournaments, the PGA Tour has moved the Mexico Open to the FedEx Cup in the fall, bringing the total number of tournaments to eight, one more than in 2025.

“The PGA TOUR is pleased to announce the 2026 FedEx Cup fall schedule, introducing an exciting new event in the United States in addition to the global appeal of venues in Japan, Mexico and Bermuda,” said Tyler Dennis, PGA TOUR Chief Competition Officer. “Fans can expect rich storylines to unfold throughout the fall FedExCup season as players look to secure or improve their status for next season.”

The Presidents Cup will also be held this fall season, with the event, which is contested between American and international players, heading to Chicago to be held at the new Medina Country Club. Medina was the memorable site of the 2012 Ryder Cup, where the Europeans overcame a 10-6 deficit in singles Sunday to upset the Americans on home soil.

The RSM Classic once again hosts the final tournament of the calendar year and serves as a venue for golfers to compete for the privilege of playing on the PGA Tour.

It is during the FedExCup fall season that athletes aim to secure a spot for next season, whether that means earning a spot in the first two major competitions of 2027 through the AON Next 10 (51st-60th in the FedExCup standings) or earning a full-time card by finishing within the top 100 of races held throughout the season.
