Celtic striker Oh Hyun-gyu has been linked with a move from the Scottish club.
According to TEAMtalk, Leeds United and Crystal Palace have been given the opportunity to sign the 24-year-old striker, but it remains to be seen whether they are ready to make a move for him. Crystal Palace will need to replace Jean-Philippe Mateta if he decides to leave the club this month. The French attacker has been linked with several clubs.
Meanwhile, the Korean player has played very well for Scotland this season, scoring 12 goals in 47 appearances. The South Korean player has started 19 games for the club and scored nine goals. He could be a useful signing for Crystal Palace and Leeds.
It will be interesting to see whether the two Premier League clubs are interested in signing him. Leeds are fighting for survival in the Premier League and the team needs more goals. They have relied too much on Dominic Calvert-Lewin. Adding another striker would be ideal for them and the Korean could be a great addition.
The opportunity to play in the Premier League will be exciting for the players. It would be a big step up in his career. If the move goes through, he will aim to establish himself as a mainstay at either Crystal Palace or Leeds United. The 24-year-old has the physical and technical attributes to adapt to English football and will aim to prove his quality at the highest level. It remains to be seen which of the two Premier League clubs are interested in signing Celtic for the striker.
