Last month, NASCAR icon Greg Biffle tragically passed away in a plane crash in Statesville, North Carolina, along with six others. Biffle, who spent most of his racing career with RFK Racing, is being remembered through a newly opened exhibit at the team’s museum dedicated to his legacy.

The exhibit features the car Biffle drove to his 19th and final Cup Series win at Michigan in 2013, a race that also marked Ford’s 1,000th NASCAR victory. On display are trophies from that day, commemorative coins, race win diecasts, and another trophy from his 2012 win at Texas Motor Speedway. Fans can also view Biffle’s National Guard fire suits, Victory Lane champagne bottles from his 2006 Southern 500 triumph, and the Miles the Monster trophy from his 2008 Dover win, where he led a 1-2-3 finish alongside teammates Matt Kenseth and Carl Edwards.

Over his career, Biffle accumulated 56 victories across NASCAR’s three national series, with 53 coming behind the wheel of Roush Racing vehicles. He won the Truck Series championship in 2000 and the Busch Grand National (now Xfinity) Series title in 2002.

Fan Take: This tribute highlights the profound impact Greg Biffle had on NASCAR, both as a fierce competitor and a beloved team figure. Honoring his achievements reminds fans of the rich history and enduring spirit of the sport, inspiring future generations to carry on his legacy.
