Arsenal and Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing Nottingham Forest attacker Omari Hutchinson.

Omari Hutchinson price revealed

According to Sportboom, his cost could be around £55m-60m. In addition to his strong performances, his homegrown status makes him an attractive option for both clubs. Hutchinson graduated from the academies of both Arsenal and Chelsea, and it will be interesting to see if he is willing to return to either club.

Arsenal need more depth on the flanks. Their summer signings (Eberechi Eze and Noni Madueke) have not lived up to expectations and they need to invest in wingers. It will be interesting to see if they can sign Hutchinson.

Similarly, Chelsea could further improve the quality of their attacking line-up. Both clubs have the financial strength to pay the asking price and it remains to be seen how the situation will develop. Nottingham Forest are currently fighting for survival and are unlikely to retain key players if they are relegated to the Championship. If that happens, Arsenal and Chelsea will no doubt look into the situation.

The opportunity to play for Arsenal or Chelsea would be exciting for the young attacker. It will be a big step up in his career and he will test himself at the highest level.

The asking price is quite high and both clubs will likely want to negotiate a more reasonable contract if they decide to sign him in the summer.
