Liverpool are reportedly considering him as a long-term replacement for Alisson Becker. The Brazilian has done an extraordinary job for the club, but he is currently 33 years old. He has struggled with injury problems and Liverpool could use a quality replacement. Alisson’s contract expires in 2027.
Tsolakis has the quality to succeed in the Premier League and could be a very useful option for Liverpool. The opportunity to join them will be exciting for him. It remains to be seen how the situation will develop.
The asking price is quite reasonable and if Liverpool are really interested in the player they should be able to seal a deal.
Meanwhile, Arsenal are also keeping an eye on their players. They could use a reliable backup option in David Raya. The Greek international could compete with the Spaniard for a starting spot, and further competition for positions could help Arsenal grow as a team.
They are one of the biggest clubs in the world and are fighting for major trophies. Goalkeepers will want to join them, especially if they have a chance to start regularly.
It will be interesting to see how the situation develops.
Several clubs across Europe are also monitoring his progress. The 6ft 4in goalkeeper is physically fit for English football and a move to the Premier League would be ideal for him. Where he ends up remains to be seen.
