Yan Diomande has been linked with a move to the Premier League, with Liverpool keen to sign him.
Bayern Munich attacker Michael Olise, who was a target of the Premier League champions, is unlikely to leave this summer, according to Florian Plettenberg. Liverpool have therefore decided to shift their focus to the Ivorian attacker.

Yann Diomand is in great shape
The 19-year-old has been special for RB Leipzig and has all the qualities to become a future star. It has been confirmed that Liverpool are aiming to sign him in the coming months, with talks already said to be “taking place”. It will be interesting to see whether Liverpool make a formal offer to sign the player.
They have the financial power to pay a premium for him and the 19-year-old could be tempted to join them. Diomande has previously admitted that he is a Liverpool fan and the chance to play in the Premier League will be an added incentive.
Liverpool could use Diomande
Liverpool need an explosive wide player who can take on defenders and beat them in one-on-one situations. We need more unpredictability in the final third. Diomande has contributed to 17 goals this season.
Plettenberg claims Liverpool prioritized signing a “high-class” winger in the summer. It remains to be seen whether they can put together a move for the 19-year-old.
Diomande is an elite prospect and Liverpool would do well to sign him. He would be a great future investment for them and could develop into a Premier League star.
The attacker would cost around 100 million euros to sign in the summer, but it remains to be seen whether Liverpool are prepared to pay for him. Even if the asking price is quite high, Diomand may be able to justify the investment in the long run.
