Chelsea are aiming to strengthen their attacking line-up with the signing of Konstantinos Karetsas this season.

The 18-year-old attacker attracted the attention of clubs such as Real Madrid and PSG with his performances at KRC Genk.

The Greek international could prove to be a good long-term investment for Chelsea, as he has scored three goals and provided 17 assists this season. He can play not only on the wing, but also as an attacking midfielder.

Chelsea could be more creative in the final third and Karetsas could add a new dimension to their attack. He will also add speed, flair and unpredictability to the team. It will be interesting to see if Chelsea make an offer to secure his signature. Clubs such as Real Madrid and PSG are also monitoring his development and can afford to sign him.

According to a report from HLN, the transfer fee this summer will be around 45 million euros. Chelsea have the financial wherewithal to buy him, but it remains to be seen whether they are prepared to pay the asking price for the talented attacker. The demand for an unproven talent like him may seem steep, but Karetsas could justify investing in his future.

He would be a long-term asset for Chelsea, who could develop him and help him reach his potential in the future.

The opportunity to move to the Premier League would be an exciting one for the youngster. It would be a big step in his career and playing regular football in England would bring out the best in him. However, he must seek game time before moving to the Premier League. Sitting on the bench at a big club could have a negative impact on his development.
