The Women’s Golf Coaches Association has announced the results of the latest Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll. These are the second round of voting for the Spring 2026 season.
In Division I, Stanford remains unanimously No. 1. USC maintains its second place with consecutive wins. Texas A&M is a runner-up at the GameAbove Golf Invitational and remains in third place. Florida won the Gators Invitational and finished fourth. Auburn won the Old Barnwell Derby Match Play and posted a top-five finish at the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate, moving them into fifth place.

WGCA Department March 20, 2026 II Opinion Poll on Women’s Golf Coaches
Wingate maintains its top spot in Division II after receiving 15 first-place votes and winning the Jerry Surratt Memorial Intercollegiate Championship. Dallas Baptist won the Patriot Invitational, earning two first-place votes and finishing in second place. Findlay took third place in the Jerry Surratt Memorial Intercollegiate, and a win at the Findlay Spring Invitational moved it into the No. 3 spot. Anderson finished in the top five at the Patriot Invitational, moving up to fourth place. Texas at Tyler currently sits at No. 5 in the polls following a win at Emerald Coast College and a fourth place at the Patriot Invitational.

WGCA Department March 20, 2026 III Poll on Women’s Golf Coaches
In Division III, Carnegie Mellon University moved into the No. 1 spot with 14 first-place votes following its win at the Savannah Invitational. Emory finished in second place and received six first-place votes as it tied for second place at the Savannah Invitational. New York University holds steady in third place. Pomona-Pitzer remains in fourth place after winning the CLU Legals Invitational. Washington University in St. Louis tied for second place at the Savannah Invitational, moving up to fifth place.

At the NAIA level, Kaiser remains the unanimous No. 1 following a win at the Kona Ice Kaiser Cup. Dalton State University finished runner-up at the Currahee Club Invitational, placing second. SCAD Savannah moved into third place with a win at the Currahee Club Invitational and a fifth-place finish at the Oldfield Intercollegiate.

About the Women’s Golf Coaches Association
The Women’s Golf Coaches Association, founded in 1983, is a nonprofit organization representing women’s collegiate golf coaches. The WGCA was established to encourage the play of women’s collegiate golf in connection with the general purpose of education and in accordance with the best traditions of intercollegiate competition. Today, WGCA represents more than 750 coaches across the United States and is dedicated to the education, advancement, and recognition of its members and the student-athletes they represent.
