- Venezuela defeated Italy to qualify for the WBC finals. Venezuela fought back to beat Italy 4-2.setting up a final fight against the United States for the WBC title. Italy’s Cinderella-like run ended in the semi-finals, with Venezuela earning its first appearance in Tuesday night’s championship match.
- The Jets traded Justin Fields to the Chiefs. Kansas City is Acquired Fields from Jets In trading on Monday. Chiefs received a ‘B’ in trade rating They secured a new signal-caller to sit behind Patrick Mahomes for next season.
