Yann Diomande is in talks with RB Leipzig over a new contract and is reported to be offering a significant pay rise to stay at the club for at least another season.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the 19-year-old has really made waves this term, attracting interest from the likes of Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain.

However, Romano explained in his latest YouTube video that Leipzig are willing to offer Diomande a new contract that includes an extension of his stay and a release clause.

What’s next for Yann Diomand?
Diomande will no doubt be tempted to jump at the chance to join a big club like Liverpool and will have an important summer ahead of him.
This could be a deal that suits everyone, as the Reds need a long-term replacement for departed club legend Mohamed Salah.
But at the same time, Diomande needs to be careful not to make a big move too quickly, and staying at Leipzig a little longer could be in the best interest of his development.
Leipzig often sell their star players for big sums, so we imagine Diomande won’t be there long-term, but he might be better off getting another season of experience before replacing someone like Salah at Liverpool.
