The 19-year-old Frenchman has attracted a lot of attention since joining the Cherries last summer and is sure to be their next big sale after previously bringing in the likes of Dean Huyssen, Milos Kerkes and Antoine Semenho.
I was listening I tweeted about Krupi before. As was the case yesterday, you’d be surprised how much a great performance in an important match can affect a player’s value. To take an example that will be very relevant this summer, I can definitely say that focusing on the World Cup when selling a club is more than just a cliché when it comes to determining how much profit you can realistically make on a sale. Similarly, to be fair, a buyer for a club is likely to be willing to pay more if they can see their target performing well in important matches.
So, will Junior Crupi go to Liverpool or Chelsea?
So, after doing a little research after yesterday’s game, I wasn’t too surprised to see an uptick in interest in Crupi, who has long been on the radar of top clubs but now looks like he could be a priority target.
A source said: “Liverpool and Chelsea have very specific interests. They are both very keen to get a deal done this summer and are considering it.”
Another source said: “I wouldn’t be surprised if Liverpool were already having some discussions.” “Richard Hughes has a good relationship with his former club and will be in touch with his former club counterpart by phone following yesterday’s performance.”

Crupi was outstanding against Arsenal, scoring the opening goal, completing 12 of 13 passes and working hard in possession in a game that Bournemouth generally deserved to win.
Chelsea are also continuing to look for the best young players in the world, and we hear Crupi is very high on their list for this summer. The Blues need more strength in their attacking line, with Liam Delap in poor form and the likes of Cole Palmer and Pedro Neto in decline.
Eli Junior Crupi’s transfer fee revealed
Bournemouth were notable for selling Huysen to Real Madrid last summer, and they will likely want to avoid losing a key player like Crupi to their Premier League rivals again.
According to my sources, one path for them could be Paris Saint-Germain, but their interest is not yet as concrete as Liverpool or Chelsea.
Other names are expected to surface soon, with sources suggesting Bournemouth could let Crupi go for as little as £55m to £60m.
This is a potential deal for a very young player who has already shown very high quality at the highest level, and it’s not the kind of opportunity that clubs like Arsenal or the Manchester club are likely to ignore, even if we don’t know they are actively pursuing him at the moment.
But mark my words. More information about Crupi will be announced in the coming weeks. We will be sure to let you know as soon as we have information.
