This is a group that includes four past champions in the top 10.<\/p>\n<p>2013-17 Oconomebok&#8217;s professional Sam Weatherhead, who played for Michigan State, scored seven birdies against one bogey to take a complete lead with a 6-under par 66 on the Meadow Valleys course at Kohler&#8217;s Black Ulfran.<\/p>\n<p>Weatherhead is looking for his first state open title. The second round time will begin at 8am, 45 minutes late, with new tee times posted at www.wisconsin.pga.com. Two players withdrew from the competition in the first round.<\/p>\n<p>State Open is a 4-round event that took place over three days, with 72 holes at the Meadow Valleys (first, third and fourth) and a River course (second round) at Blackwolf Run.
