It is the only other example of what has happened in the New York Tournament over the past 30 years.<\/p>\n<p>Key created a forced error of 89 in the match and had 14 double failures.<\/p>\n<p>The result of other women&#8217;s singles on Monday was that two-time leading champion Barbora Krejcikova defeated 18-year-old Canadian Victoria M Boko.<\/p>\n<p>Krejcikova is not seeded in Flushing Meadows.
