Chelsea will be reportedly getting another opportunity to sign AC Mike Maignan, goalkeeper for AC Milan, close to signing a new contract.<\/strong><\/p>\n France International is approaching becoming a free agent, and he technically can begin negotiations with clubs from overseas from January onwards.<\/p>\n According to Calciomercato, Maignan’s Milan consultations on the new deal are completely stagnant and hopes for a renewal look very unlikely, so it seems likely that this is the most likely outcome now.<\/p>\n According to SkySport, Chelsea had links with Mainyan early in the summer, but no agreement was made to deal at the time.<\/p>\n Still, it is clear that Chelsea will have another opportunity to sign Mainyan if he still wants him.
