She says she will continue to fight in 2026 to &#8220;come back strong.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Badosa made the announcement on Instagram Tuesday days after retiring from the China Open due to a left hip injury.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There are times when I ask myself how I was able to continue doing the toughest moments, and the truth is that it is the exact moment that I discover the deepest strength within me,&#8221; Badosa said. &#8220;Every setback hurts, but it also reminds me of how badly I want to fight and how strong I want to go back.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Badosa, who was 18th, retired following 15th place Karolina Mciba 4-2 in the first set on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;No matter how many obstacles come, I promise you this.
