{"id":25524,"date":"2025-10-24T02:07:34","date_gmt":"2025-10-24T06:07:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sportsdaily.news\/index.php\/2025\/10\/24\/recent-signing-with-newcastle-united-already-has-future-clubs-in-sight\/"},"modified":"2025-10-24T02:07:34","modified_gmt":"2025-10-24T06:07:34","slug":"recent-signing-with-newcastle-united-already-has-future-clubs-in-sight","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sportsdaily.news\/index.php\/2025\/10\/24\/recent-signing-with-newcastle-united-already-has-future-clubs-in-sight\/","title":{"rendered":"Recent signing with Newcastle United already has future clubs in sight"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nick Woltemade celebrates with his Newcastle United teammates (Photo by Carl Recine\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<div id=\"article-body\">\n<!-- Article Start --><\/p>\n<p><strong>Newcastle United striker Nick Woltemade may only have joined the club this summer, but he is already eyeing a future move.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Germany international joined the Magpies after impressing with Bundesliga side Stuttgart, but it may not be too surprising that he harbors ambitions to return to his home country.<\/p>\n<p>According to Bild, Voltemade, who was a target for Bayern Munich during his time at Stuttgart, hopes to one day play for Bayern Munich.<\/p>\n<p>Voltemade scored 17 goals for Stuttgart last season and got off to a strong start at Newcastle, finding the back of the net five times in his first nine games in all competitions.<\/p>\n<p>Still, it appears the 23-year-old may not be considering a long-term future at St James&#8217; Park, as he remains keen on the possibility of joining Bayern one day.<\/p>\n<h2>Could Nick Waltemaade stay at Bayern Munich?<\/h2>\n<figure class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">Nick Waltemaid celebrating Newcastle&#8217;s goal (Photo by Stu Forster\/Getty Images)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>As reported by Christian Falk of CF Bayern Insider, Voltemade was on Bayern&#8217;s list in the recent summer transfer window, but they were unable to sign a deal this time.<\/p>\n<p>Newcastle have won the race to sign Wolte Maid, who has performed very well for Eddie Howe&#8217;s team so far as an important replacement for the departed Alexander Isaac.<\/p>\n<p>NUFC won&#8217;t want to sell Walte Maid right away, but Bayern are Germany&#8217;s biggest team, so it&#8217;s no surprise that he sees it as a great move for his career.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps Newcastle can persuade him to stay in the team longer, but they are still far from being such a force in the game.<\/p>\n<p>The club has invested heavily to close the gap on the traditional big six and is making good progress, but it will still take a little longer to reach where Manchester City ended up following a similar journey.<\/p>\n<p><!-- Article End -->\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nick Woltemade celebrates with his Newcastle United teammates (Photo by Carl Recine\/Getty Images) Newcastle United striker Nick Woltemade may only have joined the club this summer, but he is already eyeing a future move.
