Aston Villa need to secure his long-term future if they want to keep him at the club. He is a fantastic player with a bright future and is undoubtedly one of the best young players in the Premier League at the moment.<\/p>\n<p>He has the qualities to develop into a top-class player with the right guidance and Aston Villa need players like him if they want to do well. They are trying to build a strong team that can compete regularly in Europe. Rodgers will be instrumental in their success.<\/p>\n<p>The 23-year-old midfielder is reportedly worth \u00a380m and has several top clubs interested. There is no doubt that he has the quality to play for the biggest clubs in the country. It remains to be seen how the situation will develop.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, manager Graham Bailey revealed that Matty Cash has already agreed a new contract with Aston Villa, and that John McGinn has also agreed a new deal in principle.
