Man United’s Mbeumo recently caught the attention of fans with his recent goals against Liverpool and Tottenham.

Woltemade adapted quickly to the Premier League and made an early impact replacing Isak at St James’ Park.

Similarly, Kudus added a new dimension to Spurs’ attack, providing a creative spark up front.

Victor Gokeres had a positive influence

Victor Gokeres celebrates Arsenal’s goal (Photo by Justin Setterfield/Getty Images)

There’s still a long way to go this season so it may be too early to tell, but Gokeres poses a threat to the Gunners’ front line.

He may not have been in the same form as he was at his former club Sporting, but six goals in 14 appearances for Mikel Arteta’s side is not a bad return.

But his game is about more than goals and assists. Gokeres gives them physicality up front and his movement creates space for wide players.

It may not be entirely unfair to rate Gokeres higher than Kudus at this point, but all the signed players are taking their time to prove themselves, and a final decision will only be made at the end of the season.

Tottenham and Chelsea consider January move for struggling Serie A ace

Wayne Rooney was asked to rate the new signings of top Premier League clubs during the summer transfer window, but he doesn’t rate Tottenham’s signing highly.
