on Wednesday night with a 2-1 defeat to Fulham in a shocking performance that showed Liam Rosenior was doing his job.<\/p>\n<p>Fortunately, Chelsea appear intent on making several more signings this strengthening his backline will be key this month and believes Bayern Munich&#8217;s ace is the ideal player to sign.<\/p>\n<p>The good news is that the South Korean international is reportedly available for a transfer fee of around 30 million euros, or around \u00a326 million, which is also what the Blues are willing to pay.<\/p>\n<p>    So, given the reasonable fee and Kim&#8217;s ability
