They are willing to file a \u00a350 million offer to Brighton, and if that&#8217;s not enough, it could also lead players in other directions as part of a possible agreement.<\/p>\n<p>Pedro has established himself as a quality striker over the past few seasons at Brighton, but his goal tally has been significantly bulged by penalties.
